Dr. Sherry Guirgis
Dr. Sherry Guirgis has been providing dental care in Canada for many years. After completing her formal education, she moved to Canada and completed the examinations and requirements necessary to practise dentistry here. After working in private practices around Calgary, she joined Penbrooke Dental in 2017.
Dr. Guirgis is committed to continuing education, regularly expanding her knowledge and skills to stay current with the latest dental procedures, materials, and technology. Her advanced training includes endodontics, periodontics, clear aligners, oral sedation and nitrous oxide, surgical extractions, dental implants, guided tissue regeneration, laser dentistry, bonding, veneers, CBCT interpretation, oral scanning, soft tissue management, occlusion, crown lengthening, and tongue- and lip-tie treatment, among many other areas. She’s also a member of the YYC Calgary Study Club (Aurum Group).
For Dr. Guirgis, the importance of continued training goes beyond credentials. It’s about giving her patients access to modern, thoughtful care and a wider range of treatment options. Her extensive training and experience allow her to approach each patient’s needs with knowledge and confidence, while taking the time to understand their concerns and help them feel comfortable with their care.
